    11-10-2005: Mr Zhao
    Mr Zhao, a retired chemical engineer from China, arrived in Melbourne with his wife Amy, in January 1997. They had a difficult time renting privately and were forced to move several times due to owners requests. In 1999 the Migrant Resource Centre informed them about applying for public housing and they were eventually given the keys to their 15th Floor flat in Collingwood Housing Estate in March 2002.
